A program at Tompkins Cortland Community College will serve Cornell University graduate students who need to improve their English language proficiency this year. The TC3 program will provide students with skills in speaking, reading and writing English, as well as helping them to understand American culture and to bolster their success in the university environment, according to a statement released by Cornell.
In the article, Cornell says that around 40 percent of its graduate students come from other countries. I guess this is a crash course in Americanism.
