"I think people are understanding how serious their health is and how their actions can affect their peers."Honestly, forget about dry rush or eliminating hazing or placing restrictions on Slope Day. The IFC moratorium on parties has brought more good publicity to the Cornell Greek system than any other action in the council's history.
